Referrals and Advice

  How to refer

Please send referrals by emailing admin@balanceclinic.com.au or by faxing to 02 8330 6323 and our administrative team will be in contact to book your appointment.

Note that we need a referral before appointments are made, in order to ensure you are offered the correct service for your medical problem.

  For Urgent Referrals

Please call 02 8004 5350 or message/call 0478 183 126. Our aim is to see all urgent referrals ASAP.

• Dr Welgampola consults on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday (at the RPA Medical Centre) and Mondays and Wednesdays (at RPAH).
  
• Dr Yang consults on Mondays and Wednesdays.
  
• Dr Wang consults on Tuesdays.
  
• Dr Nham consults on Fridays (at the RPA Medical Centre). He also has rooms at Burwood (on Tuesdays and alternate Saturdays) and Sutherland Hospital (on Wednesdays and Thursdays).
  
• Dr Sally Rosengren consults on Wednesdays and Thursdays. She is also at St Leonards (on Mondays).

  For Neuro-otology Advice

Dr Welgampola is available to GPs and other health professionals for advice. Please email admin@balanceclinic.com.au
